Repeat Prescriptions

You can order your prescriptions online, by telephone or coming into the surgery Monday to Friday.

Prescriptions can be ordered between 10am – 7.00pm Monday – Thursday and 10am – 6pm on a Friday.

Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours after your request is recieved.  Please note this service is for authorised repeat items only the doctor may not issue a prescription for anything else without a consultation. 

Appointments

Consultations by our practice team are by appointment only. We try to ensure that all patients are offered a consultation within 48 hours.  If you wish to see a particular GP or nurse then you may have to wait longer.  You can make an appointment by visiting the practice, telephone or online.

Online Access

To use our online appointments and prescription service you need to register directly with the practice.  The receptionist will give you a document containing your log on ID and password.  Once you are set up to use the system you will have 24/7 access to book and cancel appointments and order your repeat prescriptions.

Home Visits

If you are unwell and unable to attend the surgery you may request a home visit. Please try to make the request before 10.00am where possible.  It does help if you can give the receptionist as many details as possible in order for the visit to be prioritised in order of urgency. The doctor may call you on the phone to clarify the need for the visit. Home visits are only made at the discretion of the doctor.
